Monday, July 19, 2010 - Regional Action Center Director/Chairman arrive, Office Manager, Logistics Coordinator all arrive
Tuesday, July 20, 2010 - Activities Coordinator, and Key Staff , Physical and Field Sports Coordinators arrive, Equipment/Supplies distributed
Wednesday, July 21, 2010 - Action Centers staff arrive (See note below)
Thursday, July 22, 2010 - Action Centers staff arrive, Course preparation begins (See note below)
NOTE: Traveling from the West it is difficult to arrive in the morning or early afternoon unless you stay over the night before someplace locally. So, we suggest that you target arriving as early as you can on the 21st so that you’re ready to go on the 22nd. Note that the last bus from the airports (all of them it seems) is 6:00PM

Sunday, July 25, 2010 - Inspection day and practice day
Monday, July 26, 2010 - Staff practice day - Troops arrive (we will run the events 1/2 day)
Tuesday, July 27, 2010 - Full day of programs
Wednesday, July 28, 2010 - Arena Show in the AM, we open up at Noon.
Wednesday, August 4, 2010 - Troops depart, Staff Depart (Officially Staff is released after lunch but for those Action Center people trying to get back to the West that day, you may leave at any time. Bus service to the Airports does not start until noon however.
