It is very important that you follow the Jamboree procedures for procuing Gift-In-Kind. The history of Scouting is filled with examples of uncoordinated gift requests making donors irritated and not allowing Scouting to maximize the potential of donors.
This procedure is critical and we ask you to please be diligent in following it. Fill out the Gift-In-Kind form and forward it in accordance with the directions on the form. Your cooperation is gratefully appreciated!
